1. Arrival and Departure.
The unit is yours from 14.30 at the date of arrival, departure before 10.00 on the day of departure.
2. Equipment.
The induvidual units are equipped with tableware + kitchenware.
The tenant is responsible for the equipment in the rental period.
Missing or destroyed objects must be replaced before departure.
3. Cleaning and hand-over
A cleaning deposit at DKK 450,00 must be paid at arrival, the amount will be paid back after check of the unit.
Please note the tenant is responsible for the final cleaning. Please inform the reception desk when you are ready for the check.
4. Weather and Wind.
Can be tricky and even though it is strong equipment, an awning can break in a firestorm. We will, of course, help if damages happens at the rented unit, but we cannot guarantee another unit if the equipment is totally destroyed.
5. Late arrival/ non-appearance
If you are delayed/not able to arrive on the day your rental period starts, you must get in contact with us before 18.00. Please note: At last-minute reservations where payment has not yet taken place, the unit will be rented out again after 18.00.
6. The Rental Amount.
Includes rental/fee for the number of persons with utilities included. Visitors are, therefore, paid according to normal rate (visitors/overnight stay.)
7. Cancellation.
At cancellations more than 4 weeks before arrival, a fee of DKK 500,00 will be demanded. At cancellations less than 4 weeks before the tenacy will become effective, no refund of the rental amount will take place. If the tenant vacates before the end of the rental period, no refund of any kind can be claimed.
8. Pets are welcome.
(Not in the luxury cabins and Type 3 Cabins though). The animals are not allowed in beds and furniture and the animals must always be kept on a leash.)
9. Smoking.
It is not allowed to smoke in our cabins.
