If you are going fishing or diving in your own boat, then Fornæs Camping is a perfect place to start off from. We have our own boat slip, so you can easily and safely start off on your trip.

We have a lovely swimming pool, which is suitable for both children and adults. The swimming pool is heated with solar heating, 180 square meters and has a depth of 1.10 m in the shallow end and 1.30 m in the deep end. There is a slide in each end. Next to the large swimming pool, we also have a small wading pool for the small children with a depth of 40 cm. In the pool area, there table and bench sets as well as sunbeds, so there is space for everyone. There are also outdoor and indoor shower facilities near the pool area.

We have table tennis on the grounds, so you can get arrange your own tournament. Tennis rackets and balls can be borrowed from the office.

Take a ride around the grounds in our cool Moon Cars. Rent a Moon Car for DKK 20 per hour.

At Fornæs Camping we have chosen to focus on diving. Therefore, we now have a large selection of possibilities which you as diver can make use of at Fornæs Camping.

At the site you have good rinse possibilities of you equipment. You can also get your suit dried here.

When the wind direction is right, there are many opportunities for surfing on the big waves on the coast at Fornæs Camping.

Fornæs Camping has a nice mini golf course with 18 holes that are well-suited for children and adults. Rent balls and mini golf clubs in the office.

Fornæs Camping is a good destination for children where they can choose between two playgrounds. We have a small playground, which is ideal for the very small children. Here, there is a large sandbox with a small playhouse, various play things and a swing set. In the large playground, you will find two bouncing cushions, a large climbing tower, a rope way, rocking animals, various swings and much more.

Petanque is for both adults and children. Came to the office and borrow the equipment.

On the grounds, we have nice fire pits by the toilet building. Here you have the possibility of making twist bread, popcorn or pancakes with the children.

We have a small TV lounge, which can transmit both Danish and German TV. There are also tables and chairs as well as sofas and armchairs, so you can freely relax with a book or play a board game with the family.

Along the East coast of Jutland, straight ahead in Kattegat, you find some of the best possibilities of coast fishing in Denmark.

The area around of Fornæs Camping, you find a line of fantastic fishing sites. A lot of sea trouts, flatfish, mackarel, heering and needlefish, direct from the beach according to the seasons. If you move just 500 meters North or South of the camp site, you will experience the different conditions which makes the fishing especially interesting.

Enjoy a wonderful trip along the Kattegat from Fornæs Camping.

There is a large ball field at the end of Fornæs Camping where you and the children can play football, baseball or dodge ball. During the high season football games will be arranged for both adults and children.

Enjoy the wonderful nature either in a walking or running tempo or take a bike ride. If you have a dog, you can take some lovely walks.

You have the option of renting our party room for gatherings, placed at the camp site.
